The Jeep is Out

Santa brought Liam a jeep a year ago and he's been dying to take it out for a spin. Obviously our winters don't allow for winter driving, but it's finally been nice enough to bring it out. I've also noticed that Emily and Liam are starting to go outside on their own. Slowly but surely they're gaining some independence which equals some freedom for mom and dad. :)

Emily's Birthday Party - Part 2

Today was Emily's '2nd' birthday party at Build-A-Bear. They actually run a pretty smooth party operation. They also don't provide a room for cake, etc. so you're in and out pretty quick. As a result, they can have quite a few parties a day. And even though you set a budget for each child, it's inevitable that they choose an additional outfit that parents, aunts, etc. pay for = more money for Build-A-Bear. Great merchandisers.
