Back to School

The two month summer vacation came to an end today.  Emily started grade 6 (her final year at Rosemont) and Liam is now officially in grade 3.  Both kids were looking forward to the new year and were happy with their teachers and classes.  It's a good feeling knowing that they are comfortable and enjoy going to school.  Liam was also very excited about learning cursive writing, a lost art that hasn't been lost on him.

Elbow Falls

It's been awhile since we took a drive out to Elbow Falls.  It's a quick trip to get out there so we loaded up the kids for a quick excursion.  We had been there prior to the 2013 floods and it is very different post-flood.  Amazing what the force of nature can do.
