Family Bike Ride

I love bike-riding.  It was my mode of transportation since I was five years old and I still enjoy it.  Because of that I have been imagining going on bike rides with Todd and the kids since before they were born.  Since I learned to ride when I was five, I figured Emily would too.  However, it seems things are different these days, she had a couple of wipe-outs and as a result was quite hesitant.  Liam is now five, but more bold than his sister.  So a few weeks ago, Liam decided he wanted to ride without training wheels.  Todd took them off and within five minutes (literally!) he called me to come watch.  Liam is stubborn and it serves him well at times.  This was one of the times as he is now a pro.  Pretty much at the same time, Emily also figured it out.  We went for our first family bike ride tonight.  So much fun.
