Our Boy is 7

This past Thursday was Liam's 7th birthday. It is hard to believe that he is so big and is approaching double digits. It's been a birthday week; I volunteered in his class on his actual birthday, we went for a family dinner that night and he had his 'friends' party today with 10 wild boys. Todd and I marvel at the little man he is.

Some of the his top qualities are:

1. Loving: he is the first to give hugs, call for a group cuddle and has a very caring heart
2. Inquisitive: he is constantly trying to figure out how to do things (mostly the impossible), but he has a lot of ideas and wants them to become reality
3. Athletic: very physically coordinated; sports come naturally to him. He is also taking hip hop dance this year and the kid has rhythm.
4. Mommy's (and daddy's) boy: still our guy and will cuddle, hold hands and give kisses. He sends texts to both Todd and I saying that he loves us.

He also enjoys school, math and gym especially and has made quite a few good little buddies in school. He's popular with the girls too (which makes his dad proud).
