So Sweet

I lost my wedding band a few months ago and have yet to replace it. Liam was with me when it went missing so he's been quite concerned about it. He even asked, "Are you and Daddy still married?" This past weekend he was noticing that I still don't have a new ring. Rather than telling Todd to get on with it, he told me that he will save his allowance and buy me one. He's such a sweetheart. I think he'll be a good husband someday.

August Long Weekend

Since I was sick last weekend and didn't camp with Todd and the kids, we headed back to the same campground - Hell's Half Acre. I usually like very private, treed lots (ie. forest), but this one was surprisingly good. It has a swimming pool, horse shoes and a playground, plus it had spots on the August long weekend AND it's only about 40 minutes from Calgary. The only downside was ours and my inlaws' alcoholic beverages were stolen in the middle of the night. The pool was also vandalized so it was closed one of the days. What possesses people? Losers. At least the cooler was found, albeit without the booze.
