Victoria Day

After taking a hiatus last year we upheld our May long weekend tradition with Todd's parents and spent a few days in Banff.  We tried out a new place, Hidden Ridge Resort and quite enjoyed it. Pretty lazy weekend spent swimming, going for few short walks, drinking wine and sleeping in.  The kids of course enjoyed it too and we're already looking forward to next year.

It was Todd's 40th birthday on May 17th.  It was a week long celebration, beginning with a bit of a surprise party for him the previous Saturday, dinner at the Calgary Tower on his actual birthday and a birthday toast in Banff over the weekend.

Happy birthday, sweets!  Here's to another 40.
