Walk in the Park

Beautiful evening so we went for a family walk to our nearby park.  Calgary has a fair amount of lovely green space and we are fortunate to live near one of them.

Crazy Kids

When Todd and I moved into the neighbourhood in 2001, we were pretty much the youngest couple and there were no kids.  Fast forward 13 years and there are lots of families that are in the same phase of life as we are.  It's great as we always seem to have a house full of energetic, good kids.   Having a park and a stereotypical 7/11 nearby helps as it's a safe way for Emily and Liam to gain some independence and learn how to be responsible young people.
