Liam's Famous

Todd took the kids skating on Saturday while I went grocery shopping.  While they were getting ready to shovel some snow off the rink, a photographer came by and asked to take Liam's picture.  He was in the Calgary Sun yesterday, page 3.

Little Black Dress Round 2 & Triathlon

If you recall last October, I signed up for a 10 week fitness challenge called the Little Black Dress.  I must say that I really enjoyed the structure of the meals and the workouts.  The 10 weeks went pretty quickly and I was happy with the results.  Since it's been over, I've kept up with the meal plans and the workouts but it hasn't been the same.  I suppose it's because I'm not accountable to my weekly measurements and pictures of the progress.  So I've signed up for round 2!  My mom will probably kill me (she doesn't think I eat enough), but I am looking forward to the next 10 weeks.  On top of the LBD a couple of friends and I have begun our training for a triathlon in June.  Emily also wants to compete in the kids' tri.  I like having things to look forward to and keeping healthy is part of that.
