A Day Spent at the Zoo

I volunteered for Liam's class trip to the Calgary zoo yesterday.  It was a rainy, wet and chilly day, but lots of fun spent with my little guy and his classmates.  We haven't been at the zoo since the flooding last year so I was curious to see how it had been affected.  I was happy to see that it has rebounded.  A lot of time and care was put into its recovery.

I like that he still wants me to come with him on these trips.
