Yo-Ho - Backcountry Hike

Last weekend I went hiking with eight other awesome ladies.  It's been years since I have done such a trek and it felt great to get back to nature.  Two nights camping and three days of hiking for a total of 36 km and almost 100,000 steps.

We hiked 7 km to Twin Falls campground on the first day, with an additional 6 km to a glacier after we set up camp.  The second day we hiked 12 km to Twin Falls, Whaleback and made our way in the hail and rain to Little Yoho campground.  Thankfully we met some chemists who lent us a tarp to stay a bit drier under. Note for next year - bring a decent sized tarp.  The third day, we hiked the final 11.5 km Iceline trail to Takakkaw Falls which completed our trip.   We're already planning for next year!

Way too much food!
