Riley Park Picnic

It was such a nice day today so I wanted to have a picnic for supper rather than eat at home. After work we packed up the kids and went to Riley Park. The park has a wading pool and playground which Emily and Liam enjoy. Another bonus is that they were exhausted when we came home so no problems going to bed tonight.

Lethbridge Wedding

My cousin's wedding was this past weekend down in Lethbridge. I remember when my aunt was pregnant with him, so it's neat to see him all grown up. We haven't spent a lot of time with relatives from my side until recently. Emily and Liam are discovering all sorts of new cousins.

I haven't been to many concerts in my life, but when I heard that Bon Jovi was coming to Calgary for Stampede, I had to go. So this past Wednesday, Todd and I headed to the Stampede grounds. What a great show! Jon still knows how to rock it, torn calf muscle and all.
