Christmas 2013

Another Christmas has come and gone.  Lots of anticipation, excitement and good times with family.

Christmas Concert 2013

We went to Emily and Liam's school Christmas concert last night.  Liam's class sang of of my favourites "Six White Boomers" and Emily's class played a medley with spoons and French songs.  Liam even hit a milestone: he wore a sweater to school in the day (unheard of) and then khaki pants and a button down shirt for the evening performance (without putting up a fuss; even more unheard of).  He also requested more of the same kind of pant and some more sweaters.  Wow.

Meet Bailey

I finally caved.  Meet Bailey, born October 8th, 2013 and joined our family yesterday, December 7th.  The kids are over the moon.

Another Annual Tradition

This is our third year attending the Teddy Bear Toss - a Hitmen Hockey game where the crowd throws a stuffed animal onto the ice after the first Hitmen goal.  There were over 25,000 bears thrown that will be distributed to kids that deserve some happiness.  Great cause.
