Happy Canada day! We are 142 years old. We took the kids downtown for some festivities. They enjoy dressing up, making crafts and collecting Canadian flags. Emily is especially patriotic and enjoys the holiday.

Todd and I are registered for Melissa's Road race in September. He is running the 21km and it's the 10km for me. Although I'm starting to panic as I haven't started training. Starting Monday, this is my schedule:
