We made it to lovely France and to the town of Dijon and wine country. We spent two nights here, with a day trip to Beaune, the wine capital of the Burgundy region. Our little 'maison' had a pool so the kids spent some downtown splashing around. Unfortunately this is also where the weather started to cool from the 38 degrees we were used to in Italy. We also traded in our gelato treats for French pastries, croissants and crepes.
