He's Turned A Corner

When Liam was a Timbit, he lit up the scoreboard and was one of the players that stood out on the ice.  Making the Novice 2 team in his first year Novice has been a bit of a jump.  He is one of the younger kids and just that extra year makes such a difference.  However, lately we've seen flashes of the Timbit Liam.  I'm not sure what his coach is saying to him, but whatever it is, it is working.  Plus, I have been slipping him some Skittles in the dressing room the last few games.  Maybe it's the sugar rush.  Whatever it is, he's turned a corner and we're excited to watch him have fun and continue to do well.

First goal of the season.  He comes down the left wing, around the net and scores a wrap-around (#11).  His delayed reaction is funny.

Coming down the wing and crashing the net.  This was his first shift of the game.
